Taylor Gill is an Australian rally driver and rising star making his mark on the global stage in the WRC2 category of the World Rally Championship. Taylor is already building his reputation with victories secured in lower classes as he now looks to compete against some of the sport’s toughest opposition.
A standout moment in his career came when he became the only Australian driver to win a Junior WRC round, a milestone that highlighted both his speed and potential. As he looks ahead to the rest of his career, Taylor aims to become Australia’s first-ever World Rally Champion. Away from competition, Gill works as a mechanic, where he enjoys getting his hands dirty on a variety of different cars.
“I am thrilled to be an ambassador for the FIA Smart Driving Challenge. There’s nothing more important than being safe and smart on the road and the challenge gives drivers a great opportunity to showcase this.”
